  • Services: All service purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on services once rendered. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Products: Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to book services or confirm orders.
